All rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include 15% New Zealand Goods & Services Tax (GST) - subject to change.
We regret, unless the Estate is booked for Exclusive Use, we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 14 years old.
We have no disability access at this time.
Smoking and animals are not permitted on the property.
We reserve the right to limit the number of people in a villa.
Any damage to the room or property may be charged to the credit card provided, or billed to the guest.
A one-night reservations deposit is required to secure your reservation, with balance payable 30-days prior to booking date.
The booking is transferable but not refundable.
